What should I expect upon arriving for my appointment?
You will be greeted by one of our experienced bridal consultants upon arrival. We allow for an hour and a half per appointment with your personal consultant. Your consultant will spend one-on-one time with you, to ensure your needs are met! Please call our store to book your bridal appointment today!
What sizes do you carry?
Our sizes include 0-28 plus. We carry various sizes to ensure that everyone is able to find their dream gown. If we do not have your gown size in stock, most can be ordered. Keep in mind, wedding dresses tend to run small so you may be a couple sizes larger than your normal clothing size.
How far in advance should I purchase my bridal gown?
We think it is best to allow for 8-10 months before the wedding to purchase your gown. Ordering is only approximate, so this leaves time for longer shipping periods. If you are on a tight schedule, we have plenty of dresses in stock for you to purchase today.
How far in advance should I rent tuxedos for my wedding?
We suggest you come into our store to pick out the tuxedos 3 to 6 months before your wedding date. Once all of the attendants have come in to be measured, we can then order all of the tuxedos. This is also the same process for bridesmaids gowns.
What is the best way to make an appointment?
We prefer you call to set up your bridal appointment. This is a much quicker and more efficient way to set up your appointment with no error of double-booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Why should I make a bridal appointment?
We want to give you the time and attention your deserve during this special, but occasionally stressful time. We also offer a first visit discount on in-stock gowns, which is only good on your first appointment. We want all of our customers to have a stress-free and fun experience with us! We recommend setting up an appointment with us when you are ready and able to purchase your dream gown!
